Pled guilty to Bank Fraud, Conspiracy to Commit Bank Fraud, and Embezzlement Sentenced on July 28,1997, to 1 day Bureau of Prisons with credit for 1 day time served, followed by 5 years supervised release with 30 days home detention and $13,995 restitution.
The government has indicated that Stacy D Crowe organized this scheme and gave directions throughout the fraud with regard to actions taken. Stacy D Crowe orchestrated the transactions at the bank because of her position at SunTrust bank.

Richard and Tina Torres orchestrated this crime. The authorities believe that and that's what was reported in the Orlando Sentinel. Proof that the Torres couple were the masterminds behind this crime, is in the fact that they were both sentenced far more harshly than Crowe.

The owner of this blog is Richard Torres. That pretty says it all. The guy that's named as the leader of the crime (named by the court that prosecuted all 4 ... There's no way to bargain for the court to name a different leader, so if Crowe was the leader the paper woulda said that but it doesn't - it says that TORRES was). Torres is pissed, created this site as if he's some concerned citizen, he's not - he's just bitter because he got busted for his crimes and had to pay for em. I'm betting he's one of those mouthy assholes who can't keep his mouth shut and also thinks everyone likes him OR that those who don't, are jealous of him & out to get him. He's a classic Sociopath. Jails and prisons are FULL of Sociopaths. But this Torres guy ran his mouth in prison and had a hard time. Please, dude! It was Fed Prison - summer camp compared to the state pen. Torres screwed up - it's been over 15 years - get over it and do something more constructive with your life.
ReplyDeleteWhat Torres doesnt admit in this blog is that all the stuff that was bought with the stolen money was found AT HIS HOUSE. Typical Sociopath, trying to claim innocence when he's clearly guilty as hell.
